As a seasoned expert in intelligence activities as well as in IT/AI/DIGITAL, Laurent has advised numerous companies, start-ups, and governments in Europe, Asia and Africa, and works regularly on missions for the European Commission. His works includes numerous cases of investigations, situation analysis, strategic planning, risk management and policy drafting, as well as formulation of roadmaps and detailed action plans, including financing mechanisms. Throughout his career, Laurent has led, monitored, and evaluated projects for over 9 billion EUR.

BIO
Colonel (R) Daniel Rich served as an Infantry Officer, then as a Special Officer in the Intelligence Corps. He left the military in 2008.
He has held positions in mainland France (Foreign Legion, Foundation for National Defense Studies) and internationally (Russia, Lebanon, Central Europe, the Balkans, Indonesia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Pakistan, Afghanistan, etc.).
From 2008 to 2019, he served as Director of Strategy and Development at Scutum Security First (SSF), a French firm specializing in risk management.
In 2019, he was recruited as Executive Managing Director at the Mont-Blanc Partners Group.
In 2020, he founded D.RICH Consulting, a company specializing in risk management.
EDUCATION
Daniel Rich holds degrees in sociology and political science, and is a member of the Center for Advanced Studies of Africa and Modern Asia (CHEAAM) and the 20th "Economic Intelligence" session of the IHEDN.

CREDENTIALS
Daniel RICH regularly speaks at the CNAM (A. BAUER's crime seminar) and teaches Master II students in International Relations at the University of Social Sciences of Toulouse.
He has participated mainly in three hostage rescues.
He has been decorated with Knight of the Legion of Honor and an Officer of the National Merit Order, he is also Cross of Military Valor, with two citations.
